30. Opposable Thumbs (a.k.a Ars Tecnica Gaming)
Do I even need to explain this one? It's Ars-fricking-Tecnica. Ars Tecnica has become one of the most-respected tech news sources on the internet. It has a well-deserved reputation due to its phenomenal writers, rockstar editorial staff and clever topic and headline choices. Their gaming section, Opposable Thumbs, lives up to the Ars banner. Just glancing at their page now, there is a headline referencing Douglas Adams and another about “The politics of Black Ops 2's rogue drones”. It doesn't' get much more randomized and insightful than Opposable Thumb's feed.

26. 148apps
148apps is another phenomenal resource for aspiring iOS app developers as it builds on the tools that Apple freely gives you, and they do it within a tight-knit community of like-minded individuals. Apple's support ends with the delivery of the tools, which is where 148apps comes in; they continue to build on those tools with articles, advice and discussions about how to handle iOS app-building aspects, like customer service, PR, billing, finance, release planning, and project management. Consider this your go-to resource for aspiring app-builders with genius coding ability but practically no business skills.
25. iDevBlogADay
This site's clean and fresh design is a welcome change to the often cluttered world of gaming sites. Their content is equally as refreshing with its frank and reasonably technical tone; a tone nurtured by its creators, a small group of iOS indie developers who aggregated their separate blogs into one transformer-style blog. These experienced developers share helpful tips n' tricks while sharing their experiences with coding, design, and the marketing of their apps. This is a strong resource for anyone looking to get into iOS app development.

They have 250+ articles every week, so they WILL write about a number of topics that are important to you, your business, your career and your experience in the industry. They have a specific section for gamers with industry-only news but consider combing through the entire site occasionally, for additional inspiration and news that connects with the gaming industry; this advice goes double if you're an entrepreneur as they have great entrepreneurial-focused articles on the site.
22. Joystiq
You may or may not have heard of Joystiq, as it is often overshadowed by—and losing out awards to—bigger sites like Slashdot, Gizmodo and Engadget. Joystiq however, is the same caliber as those sites (or better, in my opinion), which is why it has been recognized as a solid industry resource by Forbes. The site is not only graphically-pleasing but has content to match, with its hard-hitting articles on cutting-edge technology and games.
21. Brainy Gamer
Whether it's for a homework assignment or just mental stimulation the high-IQ analysis and smart wit on Brainy Gamer is a refreshing breath of fresh air. It's like Douglas Adams had a lovechild with Carl Sagan and the kid became a college-educated, gamer living in their basement. The site has random articles, on random topics but all are game-related under umbrella topics like games design, games and culture and games and media.
